Parky Goes Pink is a special event to raise funds to support breast cancer research by showcasing resilience and determination, highlighting community spirit, whilst supporting a cause with significant meaning to many... so register your team now and get sponsored!

This unique format includes a sailing window over a 12 hour period (8am-8pm) on Saturday 14th March 2026.
The event is open to all off the beach classes of boats and boards from any Australian Sailing affiliated club.                                                                            
The course will be set in close proximity to shore with safety support provided by Parkdale Yacht Club.

Sailors are challenged to sail the whole period or to form teams to allow for substitute sailors to take part at various intervals to complete the event and to stay on the water for as much as the 12 hour period as possible.

Monies are raised through entry fees and personal sponsorship and sailors are encouraged to seek donations from businesses, friends and family. Donations are tax deductible.  

In addition to on-water action, Parkdale Yacht Club will be hosting activities including a luncheon, auctions and live music over the weekend to allow broader participation and raise extra funds.
