Not a sailor or past your sailing days but still want to be involved in a sailing community?
Parkdale yacht club (PYC) has a range of activities and roles you might like to be involved with.
·Supporting our start and rescue boat skippers. Spend time on the water on race days in assisting in starting races or setting up the racing course overseeing the sailors during the racing.
·Assisting in the race tower on race days. Supporting the duty officer in overseeing the races and recording finishing times of sailors
·Assisting in the canteen with serving club and public members. A great way to get to know people in a relaxed environment.
As a dedicated volunteer supporting the club’s activities, you pay no membership fee.
